Gina M. Gerber is a shareholder at Riley Riper Hollin & Colagreco where she practices in the areas of land use, zoning and real estate.

Gina has extensive experience in negotiating and securing development entitlements for property owners and developers throughout the region. Her expertise extends to retail, industrial, institutional, single-family residential, multifamily residential and many different kinds of commercial development. Gina has also secured zoning relief for numerous successful projects and guided clients through municipal ordinance amendments and rezoning to facilitate development.  

Prior to joining Riley Riper Hollin & Colagreco, Gina practiced with a real estate law firm in Media, Pennsylvania, successfully representing individuals and corporate clients before local municipalities and state agencies in securing development approvals.  She has successfully litigated various real estate related issues through the local and state appellate courts.  Gina also has assisted both buyers and sellers of residential, commercial and institutional properties in numerous real estate transactions throughout the area.

Gina earned her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law and her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Syracuse University, where she was a Chancellor’s Scholarship recipient.  She was named Main Line Today Magazine’s Top Real Estate Lawyer in 2016 and was awarded with the Delaware County Nicholas D. Vadino, Jr. Memorial Award in June 2016 for her significant contribution to the organized bar.
